The David Lloyd Leisure Group has a range of superb racquet, health and fitness clubs and are interested in acquiring new sites for the development of new David Lloyd Clubs; at specific locations in Europe.
Each of these new locations will have specific property site requirements that must be met.

Property Site Requirements
- Minimum site area 2 hectares
- Typical club Gross Internal Area: 7,000 - 8,000 sq. metres
- Car parking for 250 vehicles
- Minimum population of 130,000 within a 15 minute drive time of the site
- More than 50% of the core catchment within Social Groups Elite, Urban, Professional etc
- Freehold, long leasehold and management contract opportunities will be considered
